I grew up on a vegetarian, organic diet and after having meat and too much non nutritious food during my stay abroad in Australia in the age of 19, I decided to become fit and healthy again. I started to change my diet, followed by improvement of physical fitness. I started taking care of my body, doing stretching and yoga, which lead me to spiritual awakening and working on my mental clarity. In addition I developed a stronger and more conscious connection to nature. Grounding barefoot, sun gazing and working in my permaculture garden improved my health and brought my wellbeing to a whole new level. I experienced that good health is not only a matter of clean nutrition and water. Health is the symbiosis of many columns of your life. For many people this process is exhausting and too much to include in their stressful lifestyle. Cooking became my passion and thereby healthy eating with attention to detail very easy.<br \/>A well nourished body has energy and craves for movement. Stretching, yoga, qi gong, swimming etc. heals your physical body even more. A healthy physical body asks to balance also your mental and spiritual health. One leads to the other. <br \/>If one column from the foundation of your health weaker than the other, your wellbeing gets out of balance.
