Hi, I am Martin.

As a certified holistic health and lifestyle mentor I want to guide you towards a life in holistic wellness.
I was born December 22nd, 1986 in Germany. I grew up on a vegetarian, organic diet and after having meat and too much non nutritious food during my stay abroad in Australia in the age of 19, I decided to become fit and healthy again. I started to change my diet, followed by improvement of physical fitness. I started taking care of my body, doing stretching and yoga, which lead me to spiritual awakening and working on my mental clarity. In addition I developed a stronger and more conscious connection to nature. Grounding barefoot, sun gazing and working in my permaculture garden improved my health and wellbeing to a whole new level. I experienced that good health is not only a matter of clean nutrition and water. Health is the symbiosis of many columns of your life. It is a necessity to build a balanced relationship to clean nutrition, to your physical, mental and spiritual body, to nature and to friends and family.
In addition to acquiring knowledge about root causes of disease and symptoms laying in the toxic inner environment of the body and trauma, natural remedies, symbiosis of lymph, blood, breath and movement, I depend my knowledge in the certification program by my mentor Troy “certified health nut” Casey.

My vision is to enable you to restore your physical, mental and spiritual health for your vibrant, balanced and more self-determined future. Throughout the years I experienced that if one understands the importance of each column of health and can get passionated about them, it comes with ease to take care of them on a daily basis. Eg. having dinner is not only fuel to the body. Nutrients only do not serve your system. It’s a process of decision making: which groceries do I buy and where, how do I prepare them, how do I serve them, with whom do I eat them? For many people this process is exhausting and too much to include in their stressful lifestyle. Cooking became my passion and thereby healthy eating with attention to detail very easy.
A well nourished body has energy and craves for movement. Stretching, yoga, qi gong, swimming etc. heals your physical body even more. A healthy physical body asks to balance also your mental and spiritual health. One leads to the other.
If one column from the foundation of your health is shorter or weaker than the other, your wellbeing gets out of balance. By reconnecting physically and spiritually to nature, understanding the importance of living in harmony with nature rather than trying to control nature, our physical, mental and spiritual energy and health will be restored and maintained instinctively.

the system keeps you sick and in fear and I want to change that!

The system we were born into tries to keep us in a state that neither serves the individual nor humanity as a collective. We are educated to believe in the system and do not ask questions. To gain health and a free consciousness, we have to take action and become the change we want to see. Create a holistic, healthy lifestyle for yourself and others will follow and we begin to heal as a collective.
Health can only be achieved by treating the disease at the roots. The medical system only treats symptoms, not root causes.
Once you look at your body and health with a holistic approach, it becomes obvious that physical, mental and spiritual health depend on each other and that healing a disease requires to balance out all these three layers of yourself.
Following, my approach is to look at all your columns of wellbeing and strengthen them in the best way to unfold your full potential.
